Hi, I'm Bridgette, and I'm so glad that you've ended up here! This makes me believe that you're ready to take responsibility for your life and health. This is such an important step in making real and lasting change. I'd be honored to help guide and support you on this path. My goal is to teach you how to reconnect with and listen to your own body, so that you can become the master of your own health.
I started to lose this ability in college when, for the first time in my life, I didn't feel myself. I felt disconnected, uncomfortable in my own body, and like every task, no matter how small, seemed so difficult. I started to see change by making some major shifts in the food I ate. This resulted in more energy and rekindled a passion and curiosity I had always had for health and nutrition. This sent me on a journey.
I became a Certified Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, managed a raw food restaurant, trained with an Alternative Nutritionist, became a certified yoga teacher and a Bionetic Practitioner. Having so many different experiences and teachers along the way has taught me that true health requires balance on every level: physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental.

What is Bionetic Balancing?
Bionetic balancing is like a lie detector test for your energetic body. Using this technology, we can determine where you are energetically (emotionally) stressed and create a personalized treatment plan to bring your body back into balance.
Why is it important to balance the energetic body?
The American Medical Association (AMA) states 80 percent of all health problems are stress related, and even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has stated that 85 percent of all diseases appear to have an emotional element. These emotions directly effect our energy in a negative or positive way, which affects our health.
What can I expect during my scan?
A bionetic scan is non-invasive. You simply hold a metal device in your hand, which creates an energetic loop between you, the laptop and the Spectra Vision machine while scanning your energetic field. Once the scan is complete (5 to 10 minutes) we'll review your results and create your personalized plan for wellness.
