If you're trying to eat healthier, but don't know where to start, here are a few of my favorite cookbooks and websites that I use all the time.

1 - Oh She Glows - Angela Liddon has an incredible website https://ohsheglows.com/ with free vegan recipes and 2 vegan cookbooks (The Oh She Glows Cookbook and Oh She Glows Everyday). I bought The Oh She Glows Cookbook several years ago and I use it on a regular basis. A few of my favorite recipes are the: Delicata Squash, Millet & Kale Salad with Lemon-Tahini Dressing, Luxurious Tomato-Basil Pasta, and the Gluten-Free Chocolate-Almond Brownies. It's great for family-friendly meals, people with food allergies/sensitivities, and anyone looking to eat more plant-based meals.

Tess Masters created an awesome and educational cookbook which incorporates a blender into each recipe, making the majority of her recipes quick and easy. From green smoothies and satisfying soups to salad dressings that will have you craving greens, she's got you covered when it comes to delicious & healthy plant-based eating. Two of my favorite recipes in this cookbook are the: Earthy French salad and White Bean and Vegetable with Pistou soup. She also has a blog full of additional recipes and resources: https://www.theblendergirl.com/

3 - Chef Cynthia Louise - this is a new website that I found through FMTV.com. So far I've only tried the banana bread recipe, but I can't wait to jump into a few other recipes, like the Gado Gado and the Spaghetti Not Meatballs. Even if you have no intention of cooking one of Chef Cynthia's meals, I recommend watching her videos. Her love and passion for making healthy, whole food meals is contagious and a pleasure to watch! She has several free e-books that she offers on her site: https://www.chefcynthialouise.com/ so check it out.
